Best of July and What’s to Come

Hello friends.  Are you counting the days until school starts?  Sometimes it feels good knowing it’s time to get back to business after a busy summer.

July was an exciting month for us.  We started it with a family trip to Kyoto and then Up to Date Interiors had a little feature on Better, Homes, and Gardens (along with some other amazing bloggers!).  I feel like I can call myself a professional blogger now. Officially. Ha!

What’s coming next month!

It might be close to the end of summer but our first summer home tour in our new rental is being featured this Friday at Shelstring blog.   Michele has been featuring homes every Friday in her series.  I just love taking a look at how bloggers decorate their homes for summer.

Would you believe that I actually have 40 DIY project ideas and decorating posts written down for the coming months?   My goal for August is to have three done a week.  So now that I’ve admitted that on the world wide web, maybe they will get done.  Ha! Hold me accountable, okay?
