Bright and Natural Bathroom Inspiration
Bright and Natural Bathroom inspiration. Key elements reflecting nature and lots of sunlight will give two rental bathrooms a spa and boho vibe.
UPDATE: You can find the finished bathroom HERE.
We are getting close to having a plan for all of our spaces in our new home. It’s been a blast dreaming up design and decor inspiration. My family and I have been falling in love with our house more and more. It definitely feels like home now.
Today I am sharing our bathroom inspiration with you. Both of our bathrooms are closer to a Japanese style and apart from a few things are pretty much identical. The bathroom sinks are in one room while the toilets and deep Japanese tubs are in a separate room.
Bright and Natural Bathroom Inspiration (for both bathrooms)
I have already found a few things on my wish list. To finish the spaces I really need to work on styling. Both bathrooms will have a lot of the same accessories and design elements.
Here’s what I’m working with.
Downstairs bathroom
They get a lot of sunlight so putting a few plants in there will be easy to care for and warm up the space. I love the tile so I don’t want to add too much color or pattern and make it busy or feel smaller. There a couple of elements that are challenging to work with. Did you spy the elephant in the room? The big yellow-plastic sinks? Ugh. If you have any ideas to make them more appealing, please throw them my way! lol
There you have it! A plan for our bathrooms. Next week I’ll share some home progress with you. Things are really coming together around here!
I hope the rest of your week is awesome,
Oooh I love your inspiration board! Wood tones + plants are my favorite things in bathrooms. They can be so cold and stark without them. Can’t wait to see how they turn out!
Thanks Anna!! I’m almost done putting the bathrooms together and am loving them!
White and natural wood is so beautiful in bathrooms, these will be beautiful! Thanks for sharing this at On Display Thursday last week!!
Thanks Emily! Have a great weekend. 🙂
