Dress Your Dresser
Here’s an easy challenge to start off the week! Now that we have tackled our clothes… ๐ let’s make the surfaces in our bedroom pretty.
Use practical and pretty items such as trays and glass containers to corral the little items that tend to sit on your dresser or bedside table, put away items that shouldn’t be out and add a few pretty accessories to create a lovely vignette.
I used a long wire basket to hold my scarves and belts and a three tiered plate to display some of my jewelry.ย If you want more ideas on creative jewelry storage, click here.
Well, we have one more challenge for “sleeping spaces” tomorrow, make sure you come by! If you would like instant updates via email, just fill out the subscribe box at the top of the page.
Have a wonderful Monday,
Thanks Jenn! I love white furniture with a pop of color on top. So clean and pretty. Thanks for your sweet comment!
Loving these pins as always, friend! They are just too pretty. I’d gladly take ANY of these as my room ๐ I specifically like the 2nd and 4th pins, though! Simple & pretty! ๐
Wow! This is such a great idea! Little random items spread out can look so cluttered but placing them all together in one tray or container looks so much better. Thanks for sharing! ๐
Thanks Tiffany! I can never have to many trays… I use them for everything!
Love this I’m now inspired to spruce up my old dresser now. Thanks ๐
That’s what I like to hear! Thanks for stopping by Alaina.
seems very doable! breaking it down like that! great post!
Thank you Aria! Hope it inspired you. ๐
AH! Your dressers are so fun and colorful… and this post makes me want to do something with the two I’ve got in my home to make them stand out a bit more.
Thanks Erin! Happy to hear it. ๐
Oh my goodness. Your blog is so lovely! I found you through the facebook group and was inspired by your beautiful gold and glittery social media buttons when I made my own! I love these challenges and can’t wait to reference them in the future. Right now we’re doing a lot of painting projects, and I’m learning so much from the first room, alone. Can’t wait to see more from you!
Thanks Amanda!! I checked out your social media buttons, looking good!! What painting projects are you working on?
This is such a wonderful idea! How easy it would be to get things how you want them just one simple task at a time ๐
So true, house “projects” seem more attainable when broken down into tasks. Thanks for stopping by!
