Autumn at the Beach Day 5
Well, last week when I announced the “Autumn at the Beach” series, I mentioned a Fall vignette. I was hoping to show you my dining room buffet all decked out but I am still waiting for some material for my last DIY project. BUT, I won’t leave you hanging cuz I know you are SOOO excited to see something new today, right? 😉
So without further ado,
A “little bit of Fall” vignette!
I started by giving a little makeover with some leftover “pebble” paint to a couple of brass owls my grandpa had given me. Any ideas for names?
Love them, spray paint is the easiest makeover. These only needed one coat. Perfect. They are sitting with a blue jay feather (a discovery from my yard), and a cute little brass elephant (whom did not need a makeover).
I spruced up the right side of the buffet with some pretty green books and a shell which just happened to match one of my favorite photography pieces by my friend Jamie.

And here is a full shot of the dining area.

Beautiful! How about Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum for the owls?
I like it!! You should come visit Dee and Dum soon!!
