Monday Musings

Good morning! What a weekend. I had so many plans for projects yesterday but they were interrupted by poop.  Yep. Both of my kids decided to be creative by using a plastic desk storage area and toy kitchen pot for a toilet. Can you imagine these two conspiring together?

lol, I know! They look like angels. Needless to say, my husband and I did a lot of cleaning, throwing away, taking away, and sanitizing into the evening hours. The kids’ rooms are officially the cleanest they have been in the last year. 🙂

In the meantime, it’s the little pleasures in life that make up for a day like yesterday.   For me that’s candle-lit, music-filled rooms, and a glass of wine.
