Coastal Guest Room
Hello there! I am so excited to share with you what I have been working on this week. (I know its only Tuesday!) A room design for a local client. She has a large guest room with two full size beds and an office nook. My inspiration piece was from prints she had picked out for the space by artist Karen Hollingsworth. (source can be found here)
After I saw these lovely prints I immediately knew that I wanted to use some pops of color from those hard back books. I started off with mint and yellow and some existing black and white bedding. Here is how the mood board came out.
There is already a room full of great furniture that my client may paint and refurbish and she is putting in wooden floors. Dreamy. I am really excited to see how it all turns out.
The black table with accessories and basket underneath will be between the two beds. The upper left paint swatch is for the wall color.

This will be an amazing room! The pops of yellow will be great mixed in with all the other soft colors.
