Hey hey! What are you up today? We’ve been busy unpacking and running errands. It’s so nice to have my husband home on leave. Being a military family definitely has its ups and downs. I hope life is treating all of my sweet readers well because you make my life better! You really do.
I shared this little project a while ago at Over the Big Moon and today I’m going to give you the rundown on how to make super cute copper and coral napkin rings in 3 steps!
For this project you only need a few supplies:
(I found my copper wire at the 100 yen store! Score.)
Copper Wire in two sizes (18 gauge and 12 or finer)
Beach finds (coral, sea glass, driftwood, seashells)
Wire cutters and a napkin ring
Shape the thicker wire around a napkin ring (or other round object) until you have 4-5 coils.
Use wire cutters to get a smooth-flat cut. (If you use another tool to cut you may need to sand down sharp edges.)
Attach a piece of coral (or other beachy object!) with thinner copper wire by wrapping the coral to the copper coil. Twist and wrap the ends. Use a dot of hot glue to help hold the ends of the coral into place.
Use natural and ocean inspired colors for your table setting to compliment your new napkin rings!
