The holiday season is one of my favorite times of the year and the perfect time to host a Halloween tea party! It’s a great excuse to get your friends together for a weekday or weekend lunch and have a good time.
Today I’m sharing my best witch tea party DIYs and printables for this fun seasonal party.

Witches Tea Party Ideas
It all started when I stumbled across a Wicked Witches Tea inspired by Shakespeare’s Macbeth. This post is a round-up of all the various witches teas I’ve hosted.

Tea Party Table Setting Ideas
Here’s my black and white table setting from my last witch tea featuring dollar store skull handkerchiefs as napkins, and chalkboard labels with fictional and historical witches’ names.
A gold, white, and black vignette created an elegant setting for a Halloween tea one year. Use a white tablecloth or fabric for a backdrop. Spray paint yard branches white and shop your house and the dollar store for added decor.
This table was set for a broadway inspired tablescape on a budget with dollar store finds but its Wicked theme is perfect for a witches’ tea.
Gilded pumpkins, polka dots, and DIY faux leather snake napkin rings make an elegant setting for sophisticated witches. All of these seasonal DIYs are easy to make!
Halloween Tea Party Ideas for Decor and DIYs
Use a dollar-store window film to create a spooky landscape. Hide the seams/edges with curtains for a realistic appearance.
Add a DIY pumpkin tree to your bookshelf. When Halloween is over, simply turn the pumpkins around for Thanksgiving styling. You can also see how I repurposed these pumpkins into heirloom-inspired ones.
Create a West Elm-inspired black cake stand for just a few dollars. Perfect for displaying decor or “sand-witches”. How elegant would that cake stand look all year?
Add black and white decor to your witches’ table with this DIY dollar store jack-o-lanterns makeover.
